Adaptive Narrative Systems: A Framework for Personalized Interactive Experiences
This paper presents a novel framework for creating adaptive narrative systems that respond to user preferences, behaviors, and emotional states. Through a series of case studies, we demonstrate how this framework can be applied to various interactive media formats.
Emotional Engagement in VR Narratives: A Study of Presence and Agency
This research investigates the relationship between narrative agency, presence, and emotional engagement in virtual reality storytelling. Through empirical studies with 120 participants, we identify key design principles for creating emotionally resonant VR narratives.
Educational Applications of Interactive Fiction: Case Studies in STEM Learning
